Thank you for your interest in Dexter Schools. Substitute teachers are a valuable service to our students and District, and we appreciate your efforts in providing a quality instructional program in the absence of the classroom teacher.

Qualifications to be a substitute teacher may be found at the New Mexico Public Education website.  

Payroll dates are the 10th and 25th of each month- payperiods are as follows: 1st-14th paydate 25th of the month and 15th-31st paydate will be the 10th of month. If enrolling for direct deposit your first check will be a paper check.

Check stubs will be posted under Employee Access (dexterdemon website under Staff then click on Employee Access) on day of payroll unless it's a holiday it maybe a later date. ACA and W2 information will also be found here under Employee Access. You will need to setup a username and password with email provided to the school when hired- if you change your email address you need to notify HR or Payroll department at payroll@dexterdemons.org

AESOP Absence Management 

Frontline Absence Management (formerly AESOP) is a centralized service for securing substitute teachers is provided for all schools. During the hiring process, teachers and substitutes are given a username and PIN. If you did not receive your username and PIN information to log into AESOP, please contact Nancy Gonzalez or the Business Manager.

AESOP allows you to log in via the web or telephone 1-800-942-3767.

If you need assistance with AESOP, you can contact Nancy Gonzalez or AESOP. Once signed in, AESOP also has a very helpful and effective on-line chat feature.
