Hello Dexter Elementary Families.
We have settled into our routine, and it is remarkable to note that we have surpassed the midpoint of the first quarter. During my classroom observations, I have witnessed exceptional learning experiences facilitated by our students and staff. Notably, students are demonstrating exemplary behavior in the hallways, participating in calendar activities, and engaging in phonics and math practice. Furthermore, students are displaying courtesy and respect towards their peers and staff by holding open the doors.
Our parent-teacher conferences were well-attended and we appreciate the collaborative effort between families and the educators. If you missed your conference, please reschedule promptly to stay informed about your child’s progress.
Fast Feet Friday has proven successful, with community involvement and good improvements each week.
We extend gratitude to Ms. Reese for coordinating with NMMI to provide STEM activities and our staff for organizing the enjoyable STEAM Family Night. We appreciate the following staff for hosting the fun filled event: Ms. Aragonez, Ms. Gomez, Mrs. Sosa, Ms. Velasco, Mr. Arganbright, Mrs. Regalado, Ms. Burch, and Mrs. Maldonado.
